Preheat your oven to 350. 🔥
In a food processor, blend 3 bags of @kibofoods Himalayan salt chickpea chips until it resembles a fine crumb.
Add 3 tsp flour and 3 tbsp unsalted butter.
Spray a muffin tin with oil and tightly pack the mixture into 6 spaces, pushing down and up so the mixture starts to resemble a mini tart. 🥧
Bake for 12 mins, then remove from the oven and let it completely cool. ❄️
Meanwhile, blend 1 Avocado, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2.5 tbsp cacao powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 cup maple syrup until smooth. 🍁
Fill each crust with just enough Avo mixture, being careful not to fill past the height of the crust. 🥑
Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Top with berries, poms, white choc shavings, or whatever you love.
