Prepare the vegetables, then add all of the ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until well combined, with some chunks still present.
If the mixture seems too crumbly, add one tbsp of chickpea liquid and blend until it sticks together and can be formed into patties.
Form the patties, and put in the air fryer at 430°F for 15 minutes, or in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes
1 can garbanzo beans, drained (save the liquid)
1 bag @kibofoods pico de Gallo chips, crushed
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup kale, steamed/microwaved
2 tbsp mild salsa
1/2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp saved chickpea liquid (aquafaba)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp each salt + pepper
