Mix together refried beans with taco seasoning.
In a shallow glass pan, spread seasoned beans on the bottom of the pan creating an even layer.
Add in a layer of guacamole, then a layer of dairy-free sour cream, then a layer of corn and red onion, then a layer of pico de gallo salsa.
Top dip with olives, chopped avocado, and cilantro. Grab a Kibo chip and dip!
2 cups pre-made guacamole
1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1 package of taco seasoning
12 oz. of dairy-free sour cream (Forager’s)
1 small can (2.25 oz.) of sliced black olives
1 cup pico de gallo salsa
1 cup sweet corn
½ red onion, chopped
Kibo Himalayan Salt chips
