Instructions
Add the nuts and the olive oil to the blender and pulse for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
Top with chopped walnuts, some more red bell peppers (you can save a small amount in the jar for this), drizzle of olive oil, or herbs if you’d like. Enjoy! ☺️

1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp tahini
½ cup walnuts (you can use cashews or almonds too)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
